Troop 192 has been a part of Osceola County Scouting since January 1996.
We are made up of Scouts ages 10-18, who attend middle and high schools, grades 6-12 in the Osceola County FL School District.
Our Troop has a roster of 75 scouts and we continue to grow on a regular basis.
What makes Troop 192 unique is our commitment to a combination of Scouting Ideals, Family Values, Service to others, and Character Education. Our weekly Scout meetings include regular Merit Badge Classes and Scout activities.
Troop 192 participates in several large events during the year including the annual Scout Show- a demonstration of skills learned through Scouting. We also have a formal flag retirement ceremony during our Webelos Weekend camping trip in November.
As part of our service to others we participate in the Annual Scouting for Food Drive. During our last drive, over 14,000 pounds of food were collected, all of which went back to the local community via the St. Cloud Food Pantry.
Troop 192 is also home to Crew 192, part of the Venturing Program. Venturing is the co-ed scouting program comprised of young adults ages 14-21.
